Mr. Yoji Ogawa

Mr. Ogawa has been a resident of Guam since 1974. Mr. Ogawa has 40 years of mechanical and electrical contractor experience. He is a Guam licensed RME for B (General Building), C13 (Electrical), C20 (Fire Protection), C37 (Plumbing), C40 (Refrigeration), C51 (HVAC) and C56 (WP). Mr Ogawa’s primary responsibility is to link the contributions of management and technical support with field operations.
